Short Overview
Yes, there are many questions when planning a family safari in Tanzania, is it safe? What about Malaria? Our kids are easily bored, how do we get them away from their smartphone? We know that children have different interests & requirements than adults. Note: you will have a private car, driver-guide we don’t mix family with other groups.
Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and greet by our representative, assisted with your baggage then board your vehicle, transfer to your hotel in Arusha town. After a shower and rest our safari briefer and safari driver guide, will meet with you for the briefing of the tour (it all depends on your arrival time otherwise it will be done the next day morning before departure). You will overnight on a full board basis.

Day2: Arusha town
Today you will take an excursion in the nearby surroundings of your lodge/hotel, your family can relax a little, sleep in a bit if you want, and stay in your hotel without having to pack again after just one night. You have options for various activities the choice remain to you and your family:
Arusha city tour:
Experience Arusha through the eyes of a local private guide, this tour take 3-4hrs and give you the opportunity to experience the city on foot and vehicle. Arusha is a small town nestled in the shadow of Mount Meru with a stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the beauty of the city from clock tower “the halfway between Cairo- Egypt to Johannesburg”
Stretch to the Maasai Center market where you can buy some gifts for friends back home or yourself. Visit the local market pay a visit to the Arusha museum and go for lunch, there are several best restaurants our guide will lead you. you can use day to buy some candies & drinks for the family during safari however we do provide some.

Day3 Arusha–Lake Manyara National park
After breakfast, we depart to Lake Manyara national park, driving time some 2 – 3 hours. The park located at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. You can see many game animals such as buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo, and others. Enjoy your lunch inside the park thereafter proceed with animal viewing. Later afternoon drive to the lodge for relaxation, after spending most of the day in the car you might enjoy the below optional activities:
Unhurried cycling 1-2 hrs. This is a great chance to get out of your vehicle and explore this beautiful scenery on foot or by bicycle. Guided coffee plantation walk and a coffee roasting ceremony in the lodge’s own coffee factory.Dinner and overnight at the lodge on full board basis. Accommodations: luxury lodge/ budget lodge

Day4: Ngorongoro crater
Today after breakfast depart with picnic lunch drive to Ngorongoro Crater, descend to the floor of the crater for crater tour. Supported by year-round water supply and abundance of food, the Ngorongoro caldera supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, and hippo, endangered species of Black rhino and giant African elephants. Another big drawcard to this picturesque Crater is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, cheetahs, and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a skilled eye to spot. We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner where a large number of flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here. Enjoy your picnic lunch at the Ngoitokok picnic site. Then later exit the crater and drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight on a full board basis.

Day5: Ngorongoro-Serengeti
After breakfast, you start on your way to En-route you will see grazing zebras, antelopes, and giraffes and sometimes some buffalos hiding in the bush. You will visit a Masai Boma (traditional village) where some Masai Warriors will welcome you, show you around and explain their traditional life. They will also show you their famous traditional dance and invite you to join in if you like. You can also take photos with them.Picnic lunch will be served at the entry gate of the Serengeti Naabi gate. After the meal, you can trek on top of the kopje (Naabi hill and see typical plants and animals of a granite boulder. Later proceed further into the park and go on a game drive in the afternoon. Depending on the season of the year, you can expect to see wildebeest Migration on Southern Serengeti, lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, antelopes and many birds and other species.

Day6: Serengeti National park
Start today for an early morning game drive to see also nocturnal predators returning from hunting and animals are waking up in early morning light. You can take breakfast boxes with you and have a bush breakfast when the sun is up before you visit the interesting documentation center about Serengeti at Seronera. Return to your lodge for lunch and siesta. You can go for an evening game drive and back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day7: Serengeti Hot air balloon Safari –Zanzibar

Hot air balloon safari is an unforgettable experience, enjoy the spectacular scenery of Serengeti from the air. The view of the sunrise, the great wildebeest migration on a hot-air balloon flight over the Serengeti is unquestionable to be one of the highlights of your safari. Flights last approximately one hour and are followed by a Champagne bush breakfast. You must depart very early to enjoy the calm morning sky, quick grab-and-go breakfast is provided for maximum enjoyment. Your balloon pilot will guide the balloon low over the Serengeti plains, providing you with the chance to see the different wildlife at their early morning activities: hippos returning to the water after wandering for food in the dark, elephants coming out for their morning feeding, lions returning from the hunt. If there is a special activity going on like Lion hunting, mating, the pilot will bring the balloon down close to the treetops for a better view. After a bush breakfast, your driver-guide take you back to the lodge and pack your luggage and drive to the nearest airstrip at Serengeti, for your flight to Zanzibar. On arrival meet and greet by our representative then transfer to the hotel in North cost Nungwi. Relax and enjoy the beaches of Zanzibar. Breakfast and dinner

Day13: Spice Tour to Stone town
After breakfast transfer to Stone Town. On the way, we will do the famous Spice Tour. This tour will provide you a chance to explore the Zanzibar spice with in-depth information and also organically grown herbs and a detailed description of their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. After the tour, we invite you for a wealthy lunch where you can taste the spices and fruits. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Stone Town.

Day13: Zanzibar Stone Town tour
In the morning we will show you Zanzibar’s legendary old town. Our tour includes a visit to the town market, the old slave market, the National Museum, High Court, Slave Chambers, House of Wonders, Old Fort, Sultan’s Palace, Livingstone’s House, and the Former English Gentleman’s Club.
Travel back in time to historic Stone Town; as you wander amongst the souk-like alleys you will see a fusion of Omani, Persian, African and European cultures.
You will see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals and countless mosques! Rest in the afternoon; explore the many curio shops at leisure.
Day14 Departure
After breakfast transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your departure flight.
